Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 team members during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Oversee inbound/outbound logistics and inventory accuracy
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and warehouse procedures
- Optimize workflow using WMS systems and automation tools
- Conduct shift briefings and performance evaluations
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for seamless transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Proficient with WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong conflict resolution and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
