- Accurately receive, scan, and inventory shipments using RF scanners
- Efficiently pick and pack orders for next-day delivery
- Maintain organized storage areas and optimize warehouse layout
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Complete daily shift reports and inventory audits
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year warehouse experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to the 11 PM - 7 AM shift
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills
