Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 8-12 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transition of operations
- Resolve operational issues and implement process improvements
- Conduct quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Prepare daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience required
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced logistics environments
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems (SAP experience preferred)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
