Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized warehouse layout
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery deadlines
- Inspect and package products to prevent damage during transit
- Adhere to all quality control standards and company procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Basic math skills for inventory and order verification
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Availability to work every weekend (Saturday/Sunday 6AM-2PM)
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background check
