Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to achieve daily KPIs
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems for real-time inventory tracking
- Conduct safety audits and enforce OSHA compliance protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for urgent order fulfillment
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and implement process improvements
- Generate performance reports and inventory reconciliation
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and safety inspections
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience in high-volume environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills under pressure
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in climate-controlled warehouse
- Excellent communication skills for shift handovers
- Flexibility to work 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
