Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics with transportation teams
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory management and order accuracy
- Conduct shift handovers and daily performance reporting
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Flexibility to work 10 PM - 6 AM schedule
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
