Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift staff, including scheduling and performance management
- Execute inventory control procedures and cycle count operations
- Enforce OSHA safety standards and workplace protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading activities with transportation teams
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex matters to management
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct shift briefings and maintain team communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery experience
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
