- Oversee 10+ person night shift team with real-time performance coaching
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems for 500+ daily transactions
- Conduct safety audits and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional departments for inventory accuracy
- Implement process improvements to reduce cycle times
- Manage inventory reconciliation and reporting systems
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and operational issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Strong analytical skills for inventory optimization
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible schedule availability (6PM-6AM)
- Basic SQL knowledge preferred
