Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound freight operations using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Execute accurate inventory control procedures including cycle counts and audits
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to transport materials safely
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Maintain OSHA compliance and 5S workplace standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Train new associates on warehouse protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience required
- OSHA certification and forklift operation skills mandatory
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error mindset
- Availability for 11 PM - 7 AM shifts including weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
