Responsibilities
- Execute accurate order picking, packing, and shipping operations in a climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with precision and safety
- Maintain real-time inventory tracking using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct quality inspections on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for operational excellence
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in high-volume environments
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Availability to work 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (Sunday-Thursday)
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
