Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ team members during overnight shift, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance
- Manage inventory control systems, including cycle counts and reconciliation processes
- Coordinate loading/unloading of freight using forklifts and material handling equipment
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity metrics
- Address operational escalations and maintain OSHA regulatory standards
- Generate shift reports and communicate handover information to day shift managers
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
