Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, scan, and process incoming shipments using RF scanners
- Organize and maintain inventory in a climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Pick and pack orders with precision to meet daily fulfillment targets
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation weekly
- Collaborate with day shift team for seamless handover procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills and familiarity with inventory software
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Reliable transportation for overnight shift schedule
