Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 night shift team members to ensure operational excellence
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Utilize WMS software to track inventory and resolve discrepancies
- Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans
- Oversee equipment maintenance and operational budget management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification and strong safety leadership background
- Proficiency in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Minnesota driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Preferred: Associate degree in logistics or supply chain
