Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-12 overnight team members to ensure operational excellence
- Coordinate receiving, inventory management, and outbound shipping activities
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse workflows using WMS technology
- Conduct shift handovers with precision documentation
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays as needed
- Spanish bilingual a plus for Miami market
