Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Implement and enforce safety protocols (OSHA compliance)
- Conduct daily inventory audits and cycle counts
- Optimize workflow efficiency through lean methodologies
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification (OSHA required)
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible schedule availability (including weekends)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Background check and drug screen required
