Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift staff, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems
- Conduct daily inventory audits and discrepancy resolutions
- Implement process improvements for operational efficiency
- Train new hires on equipment operation and safety procedures
- Address escalated customer inquiries and vendor communications
- Generate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Spanish bilingual strongly preferred for El Paso market
- Flexible availability for weekend coverage
