Responsibilities
- Manage nightly warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and shipping activities
- Lead and mentor team of 10-15 warehouse associates during night shifts
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize inventory management systems and track KPIs
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless cross-functional operations
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management
- Prepare daily performance reports and productivity metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supply chain experience
- 1+ years supervisory or team leadership experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
