Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 warehouse staff during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Ensure efficient order fulfillment, shipping, and receiving operations
- Maintain OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Optimize inventory management using WMS systems
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical matters
- Conduct shift handovers and daily performance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Proficiency in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts
- Forklift certification required
