Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team during 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM operations
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Enforce safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and automation tools
- Handle staffing decisions, performance reviews, and conflict resolution
- Collaborate with day shift supervisors for operational continuity
- Generate daily productivity reports and KPI tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or manufacturing
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., Manhattan, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development record
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
