Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound freight operations to ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.9% accuracy.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize weekend workflow and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Communicate with carriers and clients regarding shipment status and delays.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain operations.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills.
