Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, ensuring productivity and safety standards
- Coordinate inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping/receiving operations
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse efficiency
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Train and mentor staff on SOPs, safety protocols, and technology systems
- Generate performance reports and optimize shift workflows
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless operations handover
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 24/7 operations
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Forklift certification and heavy machinery operation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- High school diploma; degree preferred
