Responsibilities
- Supervise night shift team members and assign daily tasks
- Oversee receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct quality control checks and maintain inventory accuracy
- Ensure OSHA compliance and workplace safety standards
- Train new associates on warehouse procedures and equipment
- Coordinate with day shift for seamless operational handoffs
- Generate performance reports and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification and equipment proficiency
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills

- Basic WMS system knowledge
