Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Execute daily order fulfillment processes, ensuring accuracy and speed during peak weekend hours.
- Inspect, pack, and label products for shipment to customers across the region.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide training.
- Forklift certification preferred (training available on-site).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
