Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person overnight team during peak hours
- Optimize warehouse workflow using WMS systems
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and equipment safety
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance coaching
- Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Coordinate cross-functional department handoffs
- Generate performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-Hour certification preferred
- Advanced WMS system proficiency (SAP/JDA)
- Forklift certification and equipment training
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle)
- Problem-solving mindset under pressure
