As a key member of our overnight team, you'll ensure seamless inventory management, efficient order fulfillment, and strict adherence to safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Efficiently pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Perform accurate inventory counts and cycle counts using digital tools
- Operate material handling equipment including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistics challenges
- Adhere to strict quality control standards for all outgoing shipments
- Document all warehouse activities using digital reporting systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn warehouse technology
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility in Queens, NY
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during overnight shifts
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
