URGENT HIRING: Night Shift Warehouse Supervisor Needed in Minneapolis!

Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with day shift for smooth transitions
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Optimize workflow for loading/unloading, sorting, and order fulfillment
- Resolve operational disruptions and maintain communication with day shift leadership
- Generate daily productivity reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift exposure
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jacks)
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
