Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift team members during 10 PM - 6 AM operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment workflows
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols for night operations
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless handovers
- Train and mentor new hires on warehouse procedures
- Manage equipment maintenance and operational efficiency
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Proven night shift leadership background
- Forklift certification required
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Valid Nebraska driver's license
