- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Implement safety protocols and conduct nightly equipment inspections
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift leadership
- Resolve operational bottlenecks using data-driven decision making
- Train new hires on warehouse systems and safety procedures
- Generate nightly performance reports for executive review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA certification and Forklift operation credentials required
- Proficient in WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Wisconsin driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible schedule availability for weekend overtime
