Responsibilities
- Lead overnight warehouse team (15+ staff) to achieve daily productivity targets
- Monitor inventory accuracy and implement cycle count procedures
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless handover processes
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols across all operations
- Train new hires on warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Resolve operational bottlenecks and process inefficiencies
- Generate performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in 3PL or retail logistics
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Ability to lift 50lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
- Valid Maryland driver's license with clean record
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
