Responsibilities
- Oversee all nightly warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and order fulfillment
- Manage 8-10 team members during shift, assigning tasks and providing guidance
- Conduct pre-shift safety briefings and enforce OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and digital inventory tools
- Resolve operational issues promptly and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for smooth transition and inventory accuracy
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution or logistics
- OSHA 10-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in temperature-controlled environments
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience with forklift operation and OSHA safety protocols
- High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
