Responsibilities
- Manage 15+ night shift warehouse associates with daily coaching & performance metrics
- Oversee real-time inventory control using WMS systems (SAP/JDA experience preferred)
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with day shift & transportation teams
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain zero-accident standards
- Optimize workflow efficiency during peak processing hours (6PM - 6AM)
- Conduct weekly audits for accuracy and compliance with SOPs
- Lead incident response and emergency protocols during off-hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environments
- Proven track record in inventory management and process improvement
- OSHA 30 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
