Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ staff members during overnight operations (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS and RF scanning technology
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols implementation
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Handle urgent operational escalations and performance coaching
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30 certification required
- Proficient in WMS systems (SAP, Oracle preferred)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Valid PA driver's license with clean record
- Experience with automated conveyor systems
