As a Night Shift Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our operations run smoothly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. You will oversee a team of warehouse associates, manage inventory accuracy, and maintain a safe, efficient workspace.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during the night shift to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse associates to meet daily production goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage stock discrepancies, and coordinate with day-shift management.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure a clean, hazard-free work environment.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Generate and review daily shift reports, including attendance and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with logistics coordinators to resolve shipping and receiving issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in logistics or management is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong understanding of safety regulations (OSHA) and inventory management systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly desirable.
