Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, including scheduling and performance management
- Monitor inventory systems and implement real-time adjustments to prevent stock discrepancies
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and conduct daily equipment inspections
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
- Optimize warehouse layout and material flow for maximum efficiency
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during off-peak hours
- Prepare daily shift reports and productivity analytics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience, preferably in night shift environments
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP) and inventory management systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development experience
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions under pressure
- Forklift certification and experience with automated conveyor systems
- High school diploma; associate degree in supply chain management preferred
