Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 person night shift team, including task delegation and performance management
- Monitor inventory accuracy and coordinate with day shift for smooth transitions
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized workspace
- Operate warehouse management systems and generate daily operational reports
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and coordinate urgent shipments
- Conduct shift briefings and ensure SOP compliance across all processes
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse management experience in 24/7 operations
- Forklift certification and advanced inventory system proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make autonomous decisions
- Excellent communication skills for cross-shift coordination
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Previous experience with WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR
