Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 warehouse associates
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition of operations
- Monitor KPIs and report performance metrics to senior management
- Handle escalated customer service inquiries during night hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics
- Proven ability to manage teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems
- Forklift certification and safety training required
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
