Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products and materials to and from storage areas, loading docks, and transportation vehicles.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently to assist with inventory management.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards before shipping.
- Package and label items accurately for distribution to various locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping and receiving targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic math skills for inventory and shipping purposes.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Minneapolis facility.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions if applicable.
