Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift team, assigning tasks and ensuring productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Optimize warehouse operations using WMS systems and data-driven decision making
- Conduct shift handovers and prepare daily performance reports
- Train and develop team members on equipment operation and procedures
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience, with night shift exposure
- OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation proficiency
- Advanced knowledge of WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and inventory control
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent leadership abilities with conflict resolution experience
- Physical stamina required for extended standing and warehouse environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
