Responsibilities
- Supervise 15+ team members during overnight shift operations
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Implement process improvements to boost productivity metrics
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain accurate documentation
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Valid Michigan driver's license
- Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally
- Flexible schedule availability (10PM-6AM)
