Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ person night shift operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and maintain safety protocols across all warehouse activities
- Optimize workflow efficiency using WMS systems and real-time data analytics
- Lead shift briefings and provide performance coaching to night team members
- Coordinate cross-functional handovers with day shift management
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for productivity metrics
- Manage inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies within ERP systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience with night shift leadership background
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Active) and ERP systems
- OSHA 30 certification and strong knowledge of safety regulations
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs in high-volume operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills for coordinating multi-shift operations
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours while maintaining oversight
