Responsibilities
- Oversee all night shift warehouse operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and safety protocols
- Lead and mentor a team of 15-20 warehouse associates, ensuring productivity targets are met
- Implement process improvements to optimize workflow efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations
- Manage inventory accuracy through cycle counts and system reconciliations
- Coordinate with day shift supervisors for seamless transition and operational continuity
- Investigate and resolve operational issues, implementing corrective actions as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse/supply chain management experience, with night shift exposure
- Strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage and motivate teams
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory management systems
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions during off-hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as operational needs demand
