Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift warehouse staff including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory control, and dock operations
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance
- Optimize workflow efficiency and resolve operational bottlenecks
- Conduct quality inspections and maintain accurate documentation
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Utilize WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Proficient in WMS and inventory management software
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
