Responsibilities
- Oversee 15+ night shift staff, ensuring efficient workflow and safety protocols
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments using WMS inventory systems
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance scheduling
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
- Train new hires on SOPs and safety compliance standards
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
- Resolve escalated customer/vendor inquiries during overnight hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supply chain management experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency in WMS platforms (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Proven leadership experience in shift-based environments
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays during peak seasons
