Responsibilities
- Oversee nightly warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 warehouse associates during overnight shifts
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Optimize workflow efficiency and implement process improvements
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and performance reviews
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless operational handover
- Monitor inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse or logistics management experience
- Proven ability to lead teams in overnight shift environments
- Forklift certification and warehouse equipment proficiency
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of WMS systems (SAP/JDE preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
