Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 night shift team members during 10 PM - 6 AM operations
- Optimize warehouse workflow for maximum efficiency and safety compliance
- Conduct daily inventory audits and report discrepancies
- Train new hires on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Coordinate with day shift teams for seamless transition
- Implement OSHA safety protocols and maintain accident-free environment
- Process shipments using WMS software systems
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexible schedule availability for weekends/holidays
