Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person night shift team, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Ensure accurate inventory control through cycle counts and system reconciliation
- Enforce OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized work environment
- Coordinate cross-functional operations with receiving, shipping, and transportation teams
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Investigate and resolve operational issues during off-peak hours
- Generate daily shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or manufacturing
- Proven leadership skills with ability to motivate night shift teams
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations
- Experience with WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
