Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently according to safety standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and responsibly.
- Scan barcodes and verify product information to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and targets.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (2:00 AM - 10:30 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
