Responsibilities
- Execute order picking, packing, and shipping processes efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies.
- Load and unload trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen prior to employment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
