Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and shipping processes
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and accurately
- Maintain precise warehouse documentation and digital inventory systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Uphold strict safety protocols and 5S standards at all times
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Assist in training new team members on warehouse procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience
- Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy and WMS experience
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for night shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
