Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently using handheld scanners and WMS systems.
- Conduct regular inventory counts (cycle counts) and replenish stock to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load and unload trucks safely, verifying shipments against packing lists.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition of goods.
Qualifications
- Must be able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
